Steps

Go to the Create GoalOutcome page

• Click Create in the top menu

• Click Show More Options at the bottom of the list

• This causes the list to expand to the side

• Select Goal Goals & Trackers from the expanded list

  

• This takes you to the Create Goal Goals & Trackers page
