You can create new Contact Audiences (formerly Roles)

Steps

1. Select My Apps in the top menu

2. Select Contacts

3. Go to the More Options menu on the Contacts page

4. Select Contact rolesAudience

5. From here you can create, edit and delete Contact Audience (formerly Roles)

6. Now when you go to a Contact Profile page, you will see a box on the left side called RolesAudience. From here you can give a contract one or more rolesaudiences
