You can see the caseload of one or more users by going to the Cases App.

Information available

You can see the following information about each case:

• Case’s Status: i.e. whether it is open or closed

• Date Opened: i.e. when the case was created

• Days Open: i.e. the number of days ago that the case was created (the number of days between Today and the Date Opened)

• Updates Posted: i.e. the number of stories that have been tagged with that Case

• Tasks To Do: i.e. the number of tasks that are (a) not yet marked as Done; and (b) tagged with that Case

• Tasks Done: i.e. the number of tasks that are (a) marked as Done; and (b) tagged with that Case
