  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Contacts

  3. You always arrive on the Overview tab of the Manage Contacts page

  4. Use the pagination (numbers at the bottom of the page) or search bar to find the contact you are after. Click their name to go to their Contact Profile Page.

Columns displayed

The Overview tab displays a fixed set of columns:

Yes - you can add more Perspective Providers to a contact

The number of contacts that this contact is able to give their perspective on (uses 360 Surveys)

Yes - you can make the contact a Perspective Provider of other contacts

Time Spent

The total time recorded on timesheets for that contact

(only populates if you are using Task & Update Timesheets or Event Timesheets)

Yes - by completing more timesheets for the contact

Cases

(only populates if you are using Cases)

Yes - by creating more cases that relate to the contact

Date of 1st interaction
