Note
If you want your Referral Link to create multiple Contact Profiles at once - e.g. creating a Contact Profile for the client, a Contact for the referrer and a Contact for the client’s Next of Kin - use the steps in the Combined Referral Page article Create a Combined (How to create a multi contact Referral Page)

Steps

Go to the Contacts App
1. Select My Apps in the top menu
2. Select Contacts
Select More Options in the Contacts App
Select Referral Forms in the menu
You arrive on the Referral Links page
Press Create Referral Link
You arrive on the New Referral Link page
1. Give the link a name
2. Choose the project you want contacts to be created within
3. Choose the state (Waiting List, Enrolled, Alumni, Declined) that you want contacts to be added to
4. Choose the Contact Form you want to be completed
5. Optionally choose Surveys you want to be completed
Press save
You return to the Referral Links page where there is now a web link for your new referral page
Copy the link and share it with your referral partners or display it on your website
