Steps for multiple projects

  1. Access the Survey Campaign page of that survey on that project

  2. Click the Analyse tab

  1. Go to the Survey Analytics page

    1. Select More in the top menu

    2. Select Analytics

  2. Select the survey you want to analyse from the Surveys dropdown list

  3. Open the Areas dropdown list and choose the individual projects (or Albums of projects) that you want to analyse

  • There is a box for each Outcome

  1. Select one or more of the nine lines to display

  2. Select one or more contacts to display results for 

  3. Choose whether to display the final boundary line or not - leave it set to the default setting

There are 9 types of line that can be displayed on this chart; select the Individual Responses for each Contact chart:

Colleagues’ mean average for each contact

Witnesses’ mean average for each contact

  • Displays a line for each contact

  • The line displays the mean average response from all the witnesses who have submitted a survey response about that contact via

Contacts’ mean average for each contact

  • Displays a line for each contact

  • The line displays the mean average response from all the contacts who have completed the survey about themselves via

Colleagues’ individual responses for each contact

  • Displays a line for each colleague’s response for each contact. This could display many lines if you have many colleagues creating stories about many contacts.

Witnesses’ individual responses for each contact

  • Displays a line for each witness’s response for each contact. This could display many lines if you have many witnesses creating stories about many contacts.

Contacts’ individual responses for each contact

  • Displays a line for each contact’s response about themselves.

Colleagues’ mean average across all contacts

  • Displays ONE line which represents the mean average response from all colleagues about every contact they have completed the survey for

Witnesses’ mean average across all contacts

  • Displays ONE line which represents the mean average response from all witnesses about every contact they have completed the survey for

Contacts’ mean average across all contacts

  • Displays ONE line which represents the mean average response from all contacts who have answered the survey about themselves

Step 2: Select one or more contacts to display results for

  • Use the Choose Contacts list

Step 3: Choose whether to display the final boundary line or not

  • By default this is not ticked which is fine in most scenarios.
