There are four steps to calculating verdicts based on people’s answers to a survey

Steps

  1. Go to the Create/Edit Survey Template page

  2. Add your Multiple Choice Questions to the survey from either Your Organisation Library or from the Public Library

  3. Because verdicts are turned on for this survey:

    1. an Add Points button appears next to every Multiple Choice Question that has already been added to the survey (i.e. shown on the right side).

      1. Clicking the Add Points button causes the Add Points Popup to appear

    2. an Add Points popup appears every time you add a Multiple Choice Tracker to the survey

How to use the Add Points popup

  1. Click the white space below where it says Add Verdict Points in the lozenge of each Multiple Choice Question

  2. A popup appears

  3. Press the Create your own set of points option

    1. (If you or a colleague have already allocated a set of points to this Progress Tracker, you will see a third option to Choose an existing set of points)

  4. Give this Set of Points a name (give it the same name as the survey question)

  5. Enter the number of points that should be assigned to each question

  6. Press the Save button within the popup

  7. This causes the popup to close and saves this set of points to that question’s Answer Choices

  8. Repeat the process for each Multiple Choice Question you need to allocate points to

  9. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save

  10. You arrive on the Survey Template page
