Add users to an Album

Albums are visible to the people who have been added to them as Managers or Members

Roles on an album

  • Managers can edit the contents of the album

  • Members (Observers) have read-only access to the album

Steps

  1. Go to the Home page (select Home in the top menu)

  2. Scroll down to the Albums box on the left

  3. Select the name of the Album - or click Show More if the name of the Album does not appear immediately

  4. You arrive on the Album page

  5. Click More Options on the right of the cover section

  6. Select Edit from the dropdown list

  7. You arrive on the Edit Album page

  8. Enter the names of the users you want to add as Managers and/or Members

  9. Press Save

  10. You return to the Album page

  11. The people you have added will now see this Album in the Albums box on their Homepage
