Turn on Verdicts for that survey

Allocate points to each survey question’s Answer Choices

Enter the formula used to calculate each person’s score

Assign a verdict to each range of scores

Steps

  1. Open the Advanced Settings section

  2. In the Formula section,

    1. press Add Component

    2. select number

    3. Enter '1'

    4. press Save

  3. Go to the Verdicts section

  4. In the Verdicts section: enter the Total Score thresholds within which each Verdict falls

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save

  2. You arrive on the Survey Template page

  3. In the Formula box on the left: click Edit

  4. A popup appears

  5. Build the formula

  6. Press Save
