There are two ways to set Album-level targets:

How it works

Makerble will:

  1. Identify the progress trackers used across your album's projects

  2. Identify the deadline dates used across your album’s projects

  3. Identify the project-level targets used for each progress tracker in your Album

  4. Collate all of those targets for you so that you see the sum of each project's targets for each progress tracker at each deadline date

Steps

You should set project targets in the projects within your Album before turning on automatic album targets

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Albums (or Projects)

  3. You arrive on the Projects & Albums page

  4. Select the title of the Album you want to set targets for

  5. Press the More Options button in the cover section of the Album

  6. A disown menu appears

  7. Select Targets

  8. You arrive on the Set Album Targets page

  9. Select the Automatically toggle (rather than the Manual toggle)

  10. Scroll to the bottom and press save

  11. You arrive back in the Album

  12. In the progress panel, select Table (rather than Strategy or List)

  13. You can now see a table showing the progress towards progress trackers collated from across the album's projects for each deadline date (if at least one of the project's albums) has at least one deadline date
