Get started with managing Surveys

  • How to access the Manage Surveys page (scroll down)

  • See the surveys used on a single project

  • See all the surveys used across your organisation

  • See which surveys are used on each project

  • See which Fields and Progress Trackers are used on each survey

How to get to the Manage Surveys page

  • Select My Apps in the top menu

  • Scroll across until you see the Surveys button

  • Select it

  • You arrive on the Manage Surveys page

  • It has two view modes:

    • Grid view (the default view)

    • List view

  • It has three levels that you can look at

    • My Surveys: these are the surveys that you personally own or have added to your favourites

    • My Organisation’s Surveys: these are surveys owned by your organisation and/or used on your organisation’s projects

    • My Project’s Surveys: these are surveys used on that specific project. This page loads for a single project at a time

  • No labels
