There are several ways to access a case, i.e. to arrive on the Case Profile Page (i.e. the Case tab of the Contact’s profile page)

  • From a Contact’s profile page

  • From the Manage Cases (Caseload) page

  • From the My Apps menu

  • From any Timeline or the My Home Newsfeed

From a Contact’s profile page

  • Once you are on a Contact’s profile page, you will see a tab for each Case that relates to that contact (blue arrows)

  • Select a tab to view that Case

From the Manage Cases page

  • On the Manage Cases page, the Cases are tabulated

  • Click either the Case Number (first column) or the Case Title (second column)

From the My Apps menu

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Scroll across to Cases

  3. Place your mouse over Cases - a dropdown list of cases appears

  4. Select the Case you want to view from the dropdown menu

  5. You arrive on the Case’s tab of the Contact Profile Page

From any Timeline or the My Home Newsfeed

  • When a case has been tagged in a story, the Case Label is displayed (blue arrow)

  • Click the label to jump to the Case’s profile page

  • No labels
