There are four main ways to use Boards:

  • Survey results on a single project

  • Survey results from multiple projects

  • Highlights from a single project

  • Highlights from multiple projects

Survey results on a single project

Report and analyse Distance Travelled for individual survey questions on a single project

  • Create a Managed Board or basic Progress Board

  • Add the project-level Progress Trackers that relate to each Multiple Choice, Tickbox and Numerical survey question.

  • Note: questions that are open text, dates, times or attachments cannot be displayed as cards on a Board

Report and analyse Distance Travelled for individual survey questions across multiple projects

  • Create an Album that includes all the projects that use the survey template

  • Create a Managed Board or a basic Progress Board

  • Add the project-level Progress Trackers that relate to each Multiple Choice, Tickbox and Numerical survey question.

  • Note: questions that are open text, dates, times or attachments cannot be displayed as cards on a Board
