You can add organisation-controlled users to your account if the setting has been turned on

Steps

  1. Go to the Manage Colleagues page

  2. If Organisation-controlled User Accounts has been turned on for your organisation, you will see two extra columns on the page for

    1. Account Owner

    2. Email Notifications

  3. Whenever you add a completely new user to Makerble (i.e. by entering an email address for someone who does not already have a Makerble User Account), you can use the Account Owner column to toggle whether their account will be user-owned or organisation-owned

  4. For users that are organisation-owned, you can choose whether their email notifications are enabled or disabled using the Email Notifications column

  5. Once you add a user, select the role you want them to have at your organisation and on each project

  6. Press Add New Role to generate a new row and add another person

  7. Press Save Changes
