if you want to display results on a Spider Plot chart, Create a survey containing Multiple Choice questions that use Shared Lists

Then follow the usual process to Create a Survey Campaign (i.e. add the survey to a project)

You will then be able to View the results of the 360 Feedback Survey

  1. On Spider Plot outcome charts

  2. On Witness Bar Charts

  3. As a table of responses
