When a Sign Up Page (Referral Form) is embedded in another website, it should be in coherence with the website’s color and style. Here comes the Look & Feel Page.

Steps

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Contacts (if you don't see Contacts as an option, you can access the Contacts App via the Control Panel)

  3. You arrive on the Manage Contacts page

  4. Select the More Options button in the Contacts App

  5. A dropdown menu appears

  6. Select the Signup Pages option in the dropdown menu (formerly called Referral Forms)

  7. You arrive on the Signup Pages page.

  8. There will be a blue button with white text: Look & Feel on top right side of the page.

  9. Click the button to reach Manage Look & Feel page.

  10. Customize your sign up forms as per your color code and style.

  11. For example: If we edit the look and feel of the sign up page, it will be something like this or more beautiful with your design:

What each option refers to

  • Button: The button present at the bottom of the form to submit or go to the next page

  • Page Header: The header containing the name of the Contact Form and Pages

  • Page Background: The background of the page

  • Thank you Page: The Thank you page that appears after the form has been completed

  • Headline: The text present in the header which include the form name and page

  • Fields: The color of the fields text
