You can turn on Organisation-controlled User Accounts across your organisation. This means that Organisation Admins can administer the user accounts of your colleagues.

By default, every user has full control over their User Account. This means that they can:
change their password
change their username
change their bio information
By default, only a user can control the above elements of their user account. These users are classed as User-controlled User Accounts
