The Survey Analytics page allows you to analyse results of one survey across one or more projects at once.

There are two ways to access the Survey Analytics page

• From the More menu

• From the My Apps menu

Steps

From the More menu

1. Select More in the top menu

   

2. Select Analytics

3. You arrive on the Survey Analytics page

   

4. Select the survey you want to analyse in the Surveys section

5. Select the arrow next to the Areas title

   

6. It expands to show a list of albums and projects with tickboxes next to them

   

7. Select the projects (or albums) that you want to analyse survey responses from

8. Press the Area arrow to collapse the list

   

9. The page automatically updates to show charts for the questions and tables for any text fields and attachment fields

10. Press the Display Chart button to display the additional charts

2. Scroll across until you see Analytics

   

3. Select it

4. You arrive on the Survey Analytics page
