You can automate sending a 360° survey to perspective providers
Why use it?
360° surveys are a great way to capture other people’s perspectives on the progress of your project’s participants, i.e. your contacts.
The people who provide their perspective on your contacts are called perspective providers
You can manually send out 360° surveys to perspective providers
Alternatively you can use this Automation Action to do it automatically whenever certain conditions are met
Steps
Select Create in the top menu
Select Automation
You arrive on the Create Automation page
In the Automation Criteria: Choose the conditions you want to use to identify contacts
In the Automation Actions: Choose 360° Surveys
Tick the Send a 360° Survey checkbox
Choose a survey
Start by choosing the survey you want to send. (Purple arrow). You can only choose from surveys that are used on the project that the automation is saved in (Orange arrow)
Choose a communication method
Choose whether you want to send the 360° survey invitations via SMS or Email
The SMS option is available to organisations that have turned on SMS Messaging.
Choose whether to include all perspective providers or not
If you are using relationships across your organisation, you can choose to restrict which Perspective Providers are invited to complete the survey. You can specify the Relationship Titles that perspective providers must have with your contacts in order for that perspective provider to be sent the survey.
Write the invitation message
You can write a message that respondents will see when they receive their personalised survey link via Email or SMS
You can personalise the message with details of the contact whom the survey is about
Add reminders
You can add automatic reminders. Respondents will be sent the reminder message if they have not completed the survey within the number of days that you specify
