This page sits at an organisation level. It shows you the Contact Forms that exist within your Organisation (charity)

Simple view

Contact Types

On Makerble each of your Contacts will be one of four types:

• People

• Organisations

• Animals

• Objects

The default type of Contact is a Person.

Each Contact Form is associated with one type of Contact. This is shown on the Manage Contact Forms page with a tick symbol under each of the different types to show you which Type of Contact is associated with that Contact Form.

Field view

• Field view displays a column for each of the fields that appear in your Contact Forms

• Scroll across the table to see the full set of fields you are using

• Press the Download button to download this table as a csv file

• The cog at the end of each row gives you options to

  • Edit a Contact Form

  • Deactivate a Contact Form
