Add questions to a survey

You can add questions to any Survey Template that you are the owner of. (If you are an Organisation Admin you can add questions to any Survey Template that is owned by your organisation)
Types of question you can add
There are two types of question you can add to a Survey Template
Field-based questions | Tracker-based questions |

Text box | Multiple Choice question |
Date field | Tickbox question (Achievement Tracker or Attendance Tracker) |
Time field | Numerical question (Numerical Tracker) |
