Turn on Assign Guests to Workers in an Event Category

As an Organisation Admin, you can turn on the Assign Event Guests to Event Workers button.

  • This is done at an Event Category level

  • I.e. you need to turn it on for each Event Category that you want it to work across

Steps

  1. Go to the Create or Edit Event Category page

  2. Scroll down to Step 3: Guest List Management

  3. By default it is set to No, select the Yes, using Skills option

  4. Press Save

  5. Now when you go to the Event page of an event created using this Event Category, the Assign Guests button will appear, allowing Event Managers to assign Event Workers to Event Guests
