You can create one or more targets for every metric on every project.

There are two types of target

• Simple one-off targets (i.e. there is no deadline for the target)

• Milestone deadline-based targets (e.g. there are deadlines for each target, such as monthly or quarterly targets, or targets at across custom reporting periods)

Once you set targets with deadlines, Makerble automatically calculates your progress across three horizons:

• Progress in the period: i.e. the progress that has been made between the previous deadline and the upcoming deadline. For example, progress within the last quarter.

• Cumulative Annual Progress: i.e. the progress that has been made since the start of the year

  • You can set your own Year Start Date, for example to 5th April rather than 1st January

• Cumulative All-time Progress: i.e. the progress that has been made since the project began
