Albums are visible to the people who have been added to them as Managers or Members

Roles on an album

• Managers can edit the contents of the album

• Members (Observers) have read-only access to the album

Steps

1. Go to the Home page (select Home in the top menu)

2. Scroll down to the Albums box on the left

3. Select the name of the Album - or click Show More if the name of the Album does not appear immediately

4. You arrive on the Album page

5. Click More Options on the right of the cover section

   Open

   

6. Select Edit from the dropdown list

7. You arrive on the Edit Album page

8. The names of the users who have access to the album are listed in the Managers and Members fields

9. Remove the users who should no longer have access

10. Press Save

11. You return to the Album page

12. The people you have added will no longer see this Album in the Albums box on their Homepage and will be unable to access it unless the album’s visibility is set to Everyone
