You can change an album’s visibility
Steps
Select Home in the top menu
Scroll down to the Albums widget on the left side of your Homepage
Select the album whose sharing level you want to change
You arrive on the album
Click the padlock in the top right of the Cover Area
Choose a visibility level
Sharing levels
Sharing level | What it means |
|---|---|
Everyone | Anyone with the link to the album can view it by simply going to that web address |
Organisation Colleagues | The album is only visible to people within your organisation |
Bundle Projects Team only | The album is only visible to people who are part of a project that is within the album |
Bundle Team only | The album is only visible to people who are Album Managers or Album Members |
