See the event role assigned to each person at each event on the Timetable

Steps

  1. Select Home in the top menu

  2. Scroll down to the Events tile on the left side

  3. Select the title of the tile: Events

  4. You arrive on the Manage Events page

  5. Select Timetable

  6. You arrive on the Timetable page

  7. Choose the week whose events you want to view

  8. Select whether you want to view rows for Guests and/or Colleagues

  9. The role that each person has at each event is displayed
