Event Filters

You can filter which events are displayed on the Manage Events page by using a variety of criteria

Steps

  1. Go to the Events page

  2. Press the Filters button

  3. The Event Filters Overlay appears

  4. Note: the Event Filters Overlay remembers your previous filter settings.

  5. Use the filters and then press Apply

  6. Click elsewhere to hide the filters.

You can filter events by:

  • Contact (Guest)

  • Date Range

    • You have access to a predefined list of commonly used date ranges like

      • Today

      • Late 7 days

      • Next 7 days etc.

    • You still have the option to manually choose the desired start and end dates using the Custom Range.

  • Event Category

  • Project

  • Type

    • One-off

    • Master (used for recurring events)

    • Subsequent (used for recurring events)

  • User

My Events Only

Use the My Events Only filter to toggle between all the events and the events that specifically relate to you, i.e. where you are either an Event Manager or an Event Worker

Quick Filters

  • Upcoming Events

  • Previous Events

  • In Progress Events
