Add an album-level tracker to a board

You can add album-level Progress Trackers to a board

How it works

 

Steps

  1. Start by

    1. either creating a new Managed Board or a new basic Board

    2. or editing an existing Managed Board or an existing basic Board

  2. If you are dealing with a Managed Board - select the Goals tab. If you are dealing with a basic Board, you are already on the right page.

  3. In the Available Trackers section, scroll down until you see the Albums section

  4. Choose the Album you want to select Progress Trackers from

    1. Press the down-facing arrow to see the list of an organisation’s albums

  5. Press the down-facing arrow next to the album to see the list of Progress Trackers within the album

  6. The list expands to display the Progress Trackers within the album

  7. Press the green tick symbol next to each Progress Tracker to add it to the album

  8. Progress Trackers that you add will appear on the right side in the Added section

  9. Scroll to the bottom of the page to press Next or Save

    1. Next if on a Managed Board, you will need to press Next on each screen until you reach the final screen where you can press Publish

  10. You arrive on your Board

  11. If there are more than 8 cards on the board, click the Load More button to see the remaining ones
