You can change the name of a Custom Form (i.e. a Case Form or a Contact Form that uses Custom Forms)

Steps

1. Go to the Manage Custom Forms page

   Open

   

2. Press the Edit button next to the Custom Form you want to edit

3. You arrive on the Rename Custom Form page

   Open

   

4. Rename the form using the Name field

5. Press Save
