You can see a longitudinal view of your survey results using Series Analysis

How it works

The table shows

• a row for every respondent (contact saved in your CRM)

• a group of columns for every question in the survey - specifically a column for each time that the survey has been completed by a contact

How to use it

1. Open the left Sidebar

2. Select Impact

3. Select Surveys

4. Select the survey you have in mind

5. Choose the Survey Campaign (project)

6. You arrive on the Survey Campaign page

7. Select Series Analysis

8. Press Download in the top right corner to download the file

9. Select Me & Support → Downloads to access your Downloads page. You’ll see your CSV file displayed once it is ready for download.
