There are several ways to create a new contact

Users must be given permission to create contacts. This permission is set using Organisation Preferences.

Navigation

Create a contact from My Home

Steps:

  1. Go to My Home

  2. In the left column is the Contacts box

  3. Select the New Contact button

  4. This launches a popup

  5. Add the details of the Contact and press Save

Create a contact from the top menu

Steps:

  1. Select Create in the top menu

  2. In the dropdown menu, select Contact

  3. Add the details of the Contact and press Save

Create a contact from the Contacts App

Steps

  1. Go to the Contacts App

  2. Press the New Contact button

  3. Add the details of the Contact and press Save
