You can use the Get Started app to start setting up your Makerble account

The Get Started app appears in your My Apps sub menu until you turn it off

Create a project

• On Makerble, your projects are your workspaces

• So start by creating a project for each area of your work

  

Set up contacts (CRM)

• CRM means Customer Relationship Management

• Click the buttons in the Ways to get started section to

  • create a contact

  • Create a contact form

  • Import contacts from a CSV file

  • Explore the Contacts chapter in the User Guide knowledge base

Set up your surveys

• Surveys are a way to collect feedback and track progress on Makerble

• You can create your own surveys

Set up your metrics

• Metrics is the term for Outcomes, Indicators, Outputs and KPIs.

• They are also called Progress Trackers.
