You can create an action plan for every Progress Tracker on every project or album.

  • The action plan exists as a set of Tasks within a Board’s Tasks Popup for that project Progress Tracker or album Progress Tracker

  • If the same project Progress Tracker or album Progress Tracker is on multiple Boards, the Tasks automatically appear on each Board

The Tasks Popup lets you:

  • Create a Task

  • Complete a Task (i.e. mark it as Done)

  • See the To Do list of tasks

  • See the list of Done tasks

Steps

How to create a Task

  1. Access the Progress Board

  2. Find the Card you want to create a Task on

  3. Click the Tasks button on that Card

  4. The Tasks Popup launches

  5. Type the Task into the text window

  6. Press More Options to assign the task to a particular person

  7. Press Save Task
