You can create one or more targets for every goal and sub goal on every project.

To set targets you need to have two things in place:

  1. You need to be a Project Manager of a project (or an Organisation Admin of an organisation with at least one project)

  2. Your project needs to have a minimum of one item from this list:

    1. An Activity Goal

    2. A Participation Goal

    3. A tickbox sub goal

    4. A Numerical sub goal

    5. A Multiple Choice sub goal

Every project has a Set Targets page.

There are two types of target

  • one-off (i.e. there is no deadline for the target)

  • date-based (i.e. there are deadlines for each target, e.g. monthly targets, quarterly targets, annual targets, etc.)

Date-based Targets

Once you set targets with deadlines, Makerble automatically calculates your progress at three levels:

  • Progress in the period: i.e. the progress that has been made between the previous deadline and the upcoming deadline. For example, progress within the last quarter.

  • Cumulative Annual Progress: i.e. the progress that has been made since the start of the year

    • You can set your own Year Start Date, for example to 5th April rather than 1st January

  • Cumulative All-time Progress: i.e. the progress that has been made since the project began
