Cases that the contact is part of
Once you have downloaded the PDF, you can print it using your PDF reader, e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader
Steps
Go to the Contact Profile Page of the contact you want to download or print the details of
Press the Print PDF button
A dropdown list appears
Select the option that relates to what you would like to download
The download begins
