You can set targets in each custom reporting period for every Progress Tracker on a project.

Your project must have custom reporting periods added

Steps

Only Project Managers and Organisation Admins are allowed to set targets.

You must add Progress Trackers to a project before you can add targets.

  1. Access the Targets page of the project you want to add targets to. You can get there in this way:

    1. Select My Apps from the top menu

    2. Select Projects

    3. You arrive on the My Projects page

    4. Find the project that you want to set targets for

    5. Select the More Options button for that project

    6. Select Targets

  2. You arrive on the project’s Targets page. There will be a column for the End Date of each reporting period.

  3. Note: Do not tick the Cumulative Annual and Cumulative All-Time tick boxes until you have saved your most recently added set of targets. (I.e. you have pressed save, then returned to the Targets page and then ticked the Cumulative tick boxes)

  4. Set a target for each Progress Tracker in each reporting period. The date in the column is the End Date of the reporting period whose targets are entered in that column.

  5. Targets are optional. You can leave targets blank for Progress Trackers blank.

  6. Note: When setting targets for each Deadline (End Date), enter the actual figure for that ‘period’, rather than the cumulative figure. (This is because Makerble will automatically calculate the cumulative figure for that period)

  7. Scroll to the bottom and press save

  8. You arrive on the Project page

  9. That's it. You have now added targets for your project's custom reporting periods. Switch to Table view in the Progress Panel to see the targets for each Progress Tracker.
