You can create a new contact from several places:
My Home
The Create Menu
Within the Contacts App
Users must be given permission to create contacts. This permission is set using Organisation Preferences.
Step by step instructions
Starting from My Home
Steps:
Go to My Home
In the left column is the Contacts box
Select the New Contact button
This launches a popup
Select the project that the contact will be added to
Select the Contact Form to use to create the contact
Add the details of the Contact and press Save
You arrive on the Contact Profile page for the newly created contact
Starting from the Create Menu
Steps:
Select Create in the top menu
In the dropdown menu, select Contact
Select the project that the contact will be added to
Select the Contact Form to use to create the contact
Add the details of the Contact and press Save
You arrive on the Contact Profile page for the newly created contact
