The Analyse tab is a tab on the Survey Campaign page. It analyses the results from a single survey used on a single project.

The Analyse tab of the Survey Campaign page is the single project version of the Survey Analytics page.

Steps

To get to the Analyse tab of the Survey Campaign page

1. Go to the Survey Campaign page of the survey on the project you want to analyse results for (Access a Survey Campaign )

2. You arrive on the Start tab

   

3. Select the Response Rate tab

There are four Response Rate boxes

Clicking numbers shown in blue causes a popup to appear containing additional information

360 Feedback

• Displays each of the contacts whose witnesses have been invited to complete a survey - this is survey links sent using Send surveys to Witnesses (Perspective providers)

Responses from Contacts

• Displays responses from contacts who have been sent a survey link using Send Survey to Contacts

Colleagues

• Displays responses from

  • a Referral Form

  • Colleagues

Public Respondents

• Displays the number of responses that have come from the anonymous link - Anonymous surveys
