Version 1

A project can have up to four states:

  • Waiting List

  • Enrolled

  • Alumni

  • Declined

By default, only the Enrolled state is enabled

To enable additional states and add one or more Contact Forms to a project, go to the Project Preferences page

Steps

  1. Go to the Project Preferences page

  2. In the Assign contact forms field, add the Contact Forms that you want to be associated with the project. This means that when somebody is creating a contact within this project, they will be prompted to create the contact using one of the Contact Forms you are adding into this field

  3. To enable states, scroll down to the states section and tick the options to enable the additional states

  4. Press Save
