Sometimes you want the user to see the options of a multiple choice question as a dropdown, while other times you want to show the options in an expanded form, that is, each option displayed separately with buttons and boxes.

You can now choose if you want to display the Multiple-Choice type questions in an expanded form or in a compact form based on your requirements and choice.

Steps

1. Go to the My Apps option in the top menu.

2. Click on Contact Forms.

3. You arrive on the Manage Contact Form page. Manage your Contact Forms

4. On the Manage Contact Form page, click on the title of the Contact Form you want to edit.

   1. You can also go to the Actions Tab and click on Edit button.
      

      

5. You arrive on the Edit Contact Form page.

6. Select a Multiple Choice (Dropdown) question.

7. Click on the Actions Button
   

   

8. Click on Layout option.
   

   

9. A popup appears with choices of Compact and Expanded for the options.

10. Select the option for how you want to display the options for this particular question.
    

    

11. You can set the layout for all the questions similarly.
