To view a custom table of Contacts, either

  • you need to create a Custom View first

  • or one of your colleagues needs to create a Custom View with the owner set as the Organisation

Steps

  1. Select My Apps in the top menu

  2. Select Contacts

  3. You arrive on the Overview tab

  4. Select

  5. Open the Select a table dropdown list which is on the right side at the top of the table

  6. Choose the View you want to use

  7. A dropdown list of Custom Tables appears

  8. The page updates to display the columns for the Custom Table you have chosen

  9. To download the Custom Table as a CSV file:

    1. Select More Options

    2. A dropdown menu appears

    3. Select Download as CSV
