Custom Alerts are one of the many Automated Actions you can add to an /wiki/spaces/DEV/pages/1538490369
When a Custom Alert is generated, its status stays as Unresolved until someone Resolves it
Your unresolved Custom Alerts show up in the top menu and you’ll also get notified of them by email.
