For Attendance Trackers and Achievement Trackers the Project Manager can decide which of the three progress-logging options will be used
Option 1: Tagged Contacts only
Users can only select Tagged Contacts when recording progress
Option 2: Anonymous Numbers only
When there are no Contacts in a project, you can only log progress towards goals and sub goals using Anonymous Numbers. (Called Anonymous contacts)
Option 3: Both
The user can record progress using both Tagged Contacts as well as by entering Anonymous Numbers

Setup steps
You have to be a Project Manager or Organisation Admin to manage your project’s preferences
Go to the Project Preferences page
To enable Option 1: Record progress with Tagged Contacts only
Tick “Hide the anonymous participants section on create story pages if there are project contacts”
To enable Option 2: Record progress with Anonymous Numbers only
Leave “Hide the anonymous participants section on create story pages if there are project contacts” unticked
Do not add contacts to the project
To enable Option 3: Record progress with both Tagged Contacts and Anonymous Numbers
Leave “Hide the anonymous participants section on create story pages if there are project contacts” unticked
