You can automate sending a 360° survey to perspective providers

Steps

  1. Select Create in the top menu

  2. Select Automation

  3. You arrive on the Create Automation page

  4. In the Automation Criteria: Choose the conditions you want to use to identify contacts

  5. In the Automation Actions: Choose 360° Surveys

  6. Tick the Send a 360° Survey checkbox

  7. Start by choosing the survey you want to send. (Purple arrow). You can only choose from surveys that are used on the project that the automation is saved in (Orange arrow)

  8. Choose whether you want to send the 360° survey invitations via SMS or Email
