Allocate points to each survey question’s Answer Choices

Enter the formula used to calculate each person’s score

Assign a verdict to each range of scores

Steps

  1. Go to the Edit Survey page of the survey you want to calculate verdicts for (or stay on the Create Survey page if you are continuing from Part 2 and you have not yet pressed Save)

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page

  3. Press the text that says Advanced to open the Advanced Settings section

  4. In the Formula section, press the Add Component button

  5. This causes a popup to load

  6. Within the popup: select Number

  7. Then enter '1'

  8. Then press Save in the popup

  9. The popup closes

  10. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save

  11. You arrive on the Survey Template page

  12. On the left of the Survey Template page is the Formula box. Click the Edit button

  13. A popup appears. Press the Add coefficient button

  14. Select the first dropdown list

  15. Start the formula with a Number or an Indicator (an Indicator is a Multiple Choice question [progress tracker])

  16. Based on the option you choose in the first dropdown, the option on the right side will update accordingly to allow you to

    1. Select a mathematical symbol: Plus, Minus, Multiply, Divide

    2. Select a multiple choice question

    3. Enter a number

  17. Press the Add coefficient button again to enter the next part of your formula

  18. When you have finished adding the formula, press Save in the popup

  19. The popup closes

  20. The formula that you have added is now displayed within the Formula box on the left of the Survey Template page
