We’re constantly improving and extending the features available on your Makerble platform.

  • See which upgrades are available on your platform by clicking the Upgrades button in your menu

One for All

  • Every upgrade you receive has been paid for by a client

  • Our One for All policy means that when one client pays for the upgrade, all our clients get to use it

  • It’s our way of making sure that every organisation gets to benefit from everything we have to offer

How to order an upgrade

  1. Complete an expression of interest

  2. Discuss your requirements

  3. Give the go-ahead

  4. Receive regular progress updates

  5. Get notified when your upgrade is ready

1. Complete an expression of interest

  • Be as descriptive as you can about your feature idea and specifically let us know the problem you want the upgrade to solve and where possible, provide examples of situations in which you would use it

2. Discuss your requirements

  • We arrange a meeting (usually over Zoom) with you to confirm your requirements

  • We might use this time to put together a wireframe that shows how the feature could work

  • If the process of clarifying your requirements is going to be lengthy, we’ll let you know that we’ll need to charge for this Design time. However in most instances, this process is quick.

3. Give the go-ahead

  • We’ll put together a Work Package for you that outlines

    • What we will build

    • How much it will cost

    • When it will be delivered

  • Once you approve the Work Package and pay the kickoff invoice, we’ll schedule the work into a sprint and provide you with progress updates

4. Receive regular progress updates

  • You’ll receive updates as your upgrade moves through the production process from being an idea, to a wireframe and then to a full-functioning feature on your platform.

  • If setup is required of your upgrade, we’ll contact you to arrange setup and/or training.

5. Get notified when your upgrade is ready

  • Click the Upgrade button

  • New upgrades are listed in bold

  • Click each one to find out more about it - this might open an article that introduces the upgrade in more details

  • Upgrades you’ve read about then appear in grey text
