Roles are like Job Titles for your contacts - example Roles include
- Advisor
- Tutor
- Volunteer
You can see when each contact started and ended each Role
You can report the number of contacts that your organisation has in each Role over time
You can create as many Roles as your organisation needs
You can assign multiple Roles to each contact
You can filter to see the contacts who have particular Roles

You have to be an Organisation Admin to create and edit Contact Roles however any user can assign one of those Roles to a Contact
