If you are an Organisation Admin, you can permanently delete a project

  • Deleting a project is permanent, it cannot be undone.

  • A project must be closed before it can be deleted

What it means

When a project is permanently deleted:

  • all the stories created within that project are deleted. This includes survey responses, timeline updates, attendance records, etc.

  • all the events within that project are deleted.

Steps

  1. First of all, follow the steps to close the project you want to delete Close (Archive) a project

  2. Once the project has been closed, select the More in the top menu

  3. A dropdown menu appears

  4. Select Control Panel

  5. You arrive on your Control Panel

  6. Select the Closed Projects button

  7. You arrive on the Closed Projects page

  8. Press the Permanently Delete Project button to delete the project
