You can calculate Verdicts based on people’s answers to your survey questions

Steps

  1. Go to the Create/Edit Survey Template page

  2. Add your Multiple Choice Questions to the survey from either Your Organisation Library or from the Public Library

  3. Turn on Verdicts

  4. Once verdicts are turned on, an Add Points button appears next to every Multiple Choice Question added to the survey (i.e. shown on the right side)

  5. Click the Add Points button next to the Multiple Choice Questions that will be used to calculate the verdict

    1. A popup appears

    2. Create your own set of points or choose an existing set if you have created some already

    3. Press save

    4. Repeat the process for each Multiple Choice Question

    5. Open the Advanced Settings section

    6. In the Formula section,

      1. press Add Component

      2. select number

      3. Enter '1'

      4. press Save

    7. Go to the Verdicts section

    8. In the Verdicts section: enter the Total Score thresholds within which each Verdict falls

  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save

  7. You arrive on the Survey Template page

  8. In the Formula box on the left: click Edit

  9. A popup appears

  10. Build the formula

  11. Press Save
