Boards are a visual way to report and analyse progress.

There are four main user cases for Boards:

  • Single-project Survey Campaign

  • Multi-project Survey Campaign

  • Single-project Highlights

  • Multi-project Highlights

How to create this type of Board

Single-project Survey Campaign

Report and analyse Distance Travelled for individual survey questions on a single project

  • Create a Managed Board or basic Progress Board

  • Add the project-level Progress Trackers that relate to each Multiple Choice, Tickbox and Numerical survey question.

  • Note: questions that are open text, dates, times or attachments cannot be displayed as cards on a Board

Multi-project Survey Campaign

Report and analyse Distance Travelled for individual survey questions across multiple projects

  • Create an Album that includes all the projects that use the survey template

  • Create a Managed Board or a basic Progress Board

  • Add the project-level Progress Trackers that relate to each Multiple Choice, Tickbox and Numerical survey question.

  • Note: questions that are open text, dates, times or attachments cannot be displayed as cards on a Board

Report and analyse results from a single project

Multi-project Highlights

Report and analyse results aggregated from across multiple projects

Managed or Basic? How to choose the type of board.

  • In each case you can create a Managed Board or a basic Board.

  • If you plan to share the Board with colleagues, create a Managed Board.

  • If you are the only person who will look at your Board, create a basic Progress Board
